Speeze coolers are divided in two groups, Sleeve bearing and Ball bearing type. Sleeve bearing type are guaranteed for 30.000 hours, Ball bearing type are guaranteed for 50.000 hours and Double Ball bearing type are guaranteed for 80.000 hours. |

Speeze proudly warrants it's products to be free from defects resulting from faulty workmanship or material for the lifetime of the product when given normal wear and proper usage. This warranty is valid if product(s): 1. Were not damaged during shipping. 2. Were not damaged while being installed. 3. Were not damaged by software or hardware from a company or individual other than Speeze. 4. Were operated in accordance with Speeze specifications and technical instructions. 5. Were not damaged by abuse, accident, alteration, overclocking, tampering, user error, disaster, misuse, power application, repair, modification, a fix or replacement by someone else than Speeze. |

How do I know my cooler is defective? |

If you have a mainboard with LDCM (Lan Desk Client Management) function, it will show on your monitor the case temperature is to high. Or check the operation of your cooler with the rotation speed detection. You can see the fan speed (RPM) on your monitor. |

Yes, thermal interface material can fill the small space between the heatsink and the cpu and takes care of a better heat dispatch. |

Can I mount the Speeze cooler with the plastic tape on the heatsink? |

No, the plastic tape or cap (protective film) has to be removed from the thermal interface. This tape is just for protection of the thermal interface. |

How can I see the difference between thermal interface and protective film? |

You can see the difference in material and color, thermal interface is pink or white. The plastic tape or cap (protective film) is transperant, blue or red and looks like plastic tape. |

Yes, whenever you remove the cooler, you have to apply new interface material. Standard attached interface material can only be used once. |

What kind of thermal interface should I apply after removing the cooler? |

First you have to remove all the old interface material from the heat sink, after you removed all the old interface material you can apply a new thermal pad (T725) or cooling paste (thermal grease). |
